羅建輝    生于癸卯年，出生在廣東興寧大坪祠堂鞏興圍，定居廣州市白云區(qū)。擅長(zhǎng)國(guó)家元首畫像，多次在國(guó)際新聞電視節(jié)目中，表演畫國(guó)家元首畫像與元首同一節(jié)目亮相播出。是國(guó)家元首畫像畫家、國(guó)禮畫家、中國(guó)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承人，一帶一路絲路文化書畫家、將軍部長(zhǎng)書畫院研究員，全球藝術(shù)家聯(lián)盟會(huì)員、先后擔(dān)任牛津藝術(shù)學(xué)院博士生導(dǎo)師、新文藝群體書畫家委員會(huì)、中國(guó)家學(xué)研究會(huì)籌委會(huì)常務(wù)理事、國(guó)際名人百科外聯(lián)部主任、國(guó)瓷大師，金獎(jiǎng)藝術(shù)家，藝術(shù)功勛人物獎(jiǎng)。參與編輯發(fā)表《中華詩(shī)書畫篆（合頁(yè)）》聯(lián)合國(guó)195國(guó)中英文交流版。美國(guó)紐約時(shí)代廣場(chǎng)納斯達(dá)克大屏幕上亮相。十年磨一劍，融合中外藝術(shù)精華，黃金畫、玉雕畫、陶瓷畫、壁畫、石刻、國(guó)畫、油畫等畫種，作品被媒體國(guó)內(nèi)外電視臺(tái)及藏家爭(zhēng)先收藏。

2012年11月，日本共同社電視臺(tái)專訪，即興畫習(xí)近平總書記的畫像擅長(zhǎng)，讓人刮目相看。

2013年元宵節(jié)，世界明鏡特別節(jié)目《中國(guó)新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人—習(xí)近平》新聞紀(jì)錄片，應(yīng)德國(guó)電視一臺(tái)特邀，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)揮毫畫習(xí)主席肖像。駐外大使館賀電！國(guó)際眾多新聞媒體轉(zhuǎn)載。

2013年7月廣東電視臺(tái)TVS-2《色彩斑斕的藝術(shù)世界——羅建輝》名家專題報(bào)道。

2017年參加一帶一路絲路文化暨高峰論壇與藝術(shù)大展（北京雁棲湖）。 香港澳門回歸二十、建軍九十周年紀(jì)念，與90位將軍、部長(zhǎng)共繪百米書畫長(zhǎng)卷開幕典禮（全國(guó)政協(xié)禮堂），獲得中央軍委辦公廳贈(zèng)送紀(jì)念品。

2018年中共十九大召開,接受英國(guó)電TIN新聞臺(tái),在節(jié)目中表演畫習(xí)主席畫像，新聞報(bào)道節(jié)目一齊亮鏡是畫藝界奇跡。
