劉彥君1971年出生，山東煙臺(tái)人居住北京，國(guó)家一級(jí)美術(shù)師，國(guó)禮藝術(shù)家，聯(lián)合國(guó)千年計(jì)劃中國(guó)發(fā)展建設(shè)中心世界文化藝術(shù)聯(lián)盟總會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)，常務(wù)副秘書長(zhǎng)。中國(guó)美協(xié)山東會(huì)員，中國(guó)國(guó)畫家協(xié)會(huì)理事。中國(guó)書畫藝術(shù)交流協(xié)會(huì)理事。山東畫院特邀畫家。經(jīng)國(guó)家文化部鄉(xiāng)土藝術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)部評(píng)審潤(rùn)格為2.8萬元/平方尺，成績(jī)斐然。并在2015年建國(guó)65周年慶典和2016年紀(jì)念抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利70周年與一批藝術(shù)家被準(zhǔn)予出版素有"國(guó)家名片"之美譽(yù)的郵票、票品和郵冊(cè)，獲得了莫大的鼓勵(lì)。 Born in Yantai of Shandong Province in 1971 and now living in Beijing, Yanjun Liu is a national-level artist, Vice President and Under Secretary-General of the World Alliance for Arts and Culture of the United Nations Millennium Development Center, Member of the Shandong Unit of China Artists Association, Director of Association of Traditional Chinese Painters, Director of China Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Association, and Guest Painter at Shandong Art Academy. As a great accomplishment, Yanjuns paintings are priced at 28,000 yuan/square chi (1 chi is roughly 1/3 meter) by the Chinese Native Art Association of the Ministry of Culture. Yanjun, together with a group of artists, is highly encouraged for being entitled to publish distinctive stamps, collections and albums, which are renowned as "National Cards", at the 65th anniversary of the Founding of the Peoples Republic of China in 2015 and the 70th anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese Peoples War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. 她幼承家訓(xùn)，六歲開始臨貼習(xí)字、繪畫，已有三十九年。早年進(jìn)修畢業(yè)于中央美院北京畫院研修生班。繪畫以動(dòng)物和花鳥為主，所畫的貓為代表主題來表達(dá)人世間的真善美色調(diào)明快、格調(diào)高雅、生動(dòng)活潑、幽默富有情趣、嫵媚可愛、栩栩如生。曾多次在對(duì)外交流展和書畫比賽中獲佳獎(jiǎng)在畫界大有名氣。她對(duì)藝術(shù)認(rèn)真執(zhí)著追求，刻苦努力，常常夜以繼日在東方既白之時(shí)創(chuàng)作出中西合壁、寫實(shí)典雅、清新明快的作品，深受收藏家喜愛！1996年底香港回歸之際，在家鄉(xiāng)山東煙臺(tái)舉辦了個(gè)人畫展。引起市委政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視，市委書記及市長(zhǎng)等各界領(lǐng)導(dǎo)親自參加了畫展，當(dāng)?shù)孛襟w也爭(zhēng)先報(bào)道之后，在國(guó)內(nèi)外巡展引起好評(píng)。 Yanjun started to learn calligraphy and painting since she was 6 years old and has been practicing for 39 years. She studied as a trainee at the Beijing Painting School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Animals, flowers and birds are the main objects of her paintings. Her paintings of cats have bright colors, elegant patterns, lively features, and a sense of humor, symbolizing the true, the good and the beautiful of the world. Yanjun has won multiple awards in calligraphy and painting, and received good reputation. She is dedicated to unremittingly pursuing fine arts and is always able to present realistic and bright works after days and nights of hard work. In 1996 when Hong Kong returned to China, Yanjun held her personal exhibition in her hometown Yantai in Shandong Province, attracting high attention from the city government. Party Secretary and Mayor of Yantai attended the exhibition in person, and local media also actively covered her show.
