為您服務(wù)報6月29日電 （記者 張硯杰)  潤格，是指書畫家出售作品所列價目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，作為一般的藝術(shù)家，作品出售，潤格則很有必要。但是目前書畫潤格評定機(jī)構(gòu)魚龍混雜、參差不起。

     6月29日，記者帶著疑問來到了中國民間書畫研究會、中國書畫潤格評估中心，據(jù)劉利江秘書長介紹，書畫潤格在古代是由書畫家和市場自行約定俗成，延續(xù)至今也沒有一個完全由國家主導(dǎo)的機(jī)構(gòu)。監(jiān)管機(jī)制的缺失也讓書畫評定機(jī)構(gòu)隨意而為。書畫評定機(jī)構(gòu)目前多如牛毛，在評審過程中，有效、公正性成了走過場。有的評定機(jī)構(gòu)甚至沒有書畫行業(yè)內(nèi)的專家，還有的都不需要對申請者的作品進(jìn)行評審，只要把作品拍成照片傳給對方，交上上千元的評審費(fèi)竟也能得到一本潤格證書。這樣的潤格機(jī)構(gòu)和潤格證書是不會得到社會認(rèn)可。

    劉利江秘書長說，制訂潤格的好處在于明碼標(biāo)價，這也是對每一位藝術(shù)家作品價格的初步預(yù)算，但是對于潛藏價值較大作品，潤格只能作為一個參考，不可能按照市面上的潤格對他的作品進(jìn)行買賣。有的評審機(jī)構(gòu)為了贏利，不管作品的好壞，根據(jù)你在社會上一些機(jī)構(gòu)的頭銜來給你制定潤格。國家級會員，你的潤格可以定多少，省級會員，你的潤格可以定多少。如果你有點(diǎn)職務(wù)，主席、理事什么的，他會在作品潤格上給你往上浮動。

    劉利江秘書長表示，對于藏者，在收藏作品中不要光考慮作者的社會頭銜，更多要考慮的是作品的藝術(shù)性和創(chuàng)作性，潤格評審機(jī)構(gòu)的權(quán)威性。
