Media Strategic Cooperator ----------- Air Media Group
The 18th Guangzhou International Art Fair makes new record in promotion based on former promotion resources such as public media, outdoor media, website media, new media and so on. In early 2013, committee of Guangzhou Art Fair even established strategic cooperation with Air Media Group and thus Air Media would provide us TV promotion in airports of cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Xi’an and so on to effectively promote information of art fair. What’s more, Air Media would offer us digital frame in above airports to broadcast exhibition information of the 18th Guangzhou International Art Fair within a month before our fair and supports the 18th strong promotion resources.
參展須知
一、資料提交:報名參加廣州藝博會的參展商,應(yīng)在截止日期前向藝博會組委會辦公室提出參展申請,并提交申請材料。參展商要確保申請材料的真實、準(zhǔn)確和完整,確保所有展出的藝術(shù)品為原作。如展商提供虛假信息或展出偽作,組委會有權(quán)要求展商采取措施予以改正,至取消參展資格。如被取消參展資格,展商預(yù)交的展位費將不予退還,造成其他損害的,參展商還應(yīng)負(fù)賠償責(zé)任。如參展商的行為造成第三方損失,參展商應(yīng)獨自承擔(dān)一切責(zé)任。
二、資料轉(zhuǎn)載:參展商須向組委會提供參展作品的詳細(xì)、完整的資料和信息,組委會有權(quán)將以上資料和信息用于任何形式的非贏利目的的宣傳。
三、展位安排:組委會按照展品類別、參展商報名和繳納展位費的時間先后順序,參照參展商的選擇并結(jié)合展覽的整體布局來確定展位。本會有權(quán)對展位的整體布局進(jìn)行調(diào)整(調(diào)整前與參展商進(jìn)行溝通)。
四、展位使用:參展商在支付全額參展費用后,即獲得展位的有限使用權(quán)。參展商無權(quán)將展位全部或部分,有償或無償轉(zhuǎn)讓他人;參展商在展覽期間展出的展品必須與申請材料一致。組委會有權(quán)禁止任何不符合展會要求的展品展出。參展商如發(fā)生上述行為的任何一種都將被視為違約,組委會有權(quán)取消其參展資格,已繳所有參展費用不予退還,造成其他損害的,參展商應(yīng)負(fù)賠償責(zé)任。
五、展品銷售:參展作品在展覽現(xiàn)場由展商直接銷售,并按照國家相關(guān)規(guī)定自行繳納相應(yīng)的稅款。展出作品擺放在租用展位內(nèi),不得擺放在地上或占用通道;不得現(xiàn)場作畫及表演(本會統(tǒng)一安排除外),否則組委會有權(quán)清理且展位費不予退回。
Notices
1 Files We need: Exhibitors should submit application form and related documents to Organizing Committee Office before the deadline, ensuring the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of all documents and guaranteeing all exhibits are original. False information and fake exhibit would be handled under corrective measures or be cancelled the application without refunding former payment. Exhibitors shall take the sole responsibilities for any other related damages and the third-party’s loss if any.
2 Information We Use: Exhibitors must offer detailed and complete exhibits information. Committee has the right to use above documents and information in all non-profit promotion.
3 Booth Arrangement: Committee would confirm booth arrangement according to exhibits’ category, chronological order of exhibitors' application and payment, exhibitor's choice together with the overall division of our exhibition. Committee has right to adjust the arrangement of booths (Exhibitors would be notified before the adjustment).
4 Usage of Booth: exhibitor has the right to use the booth after paying all payment but has no right to transfer the whole or part of booth to any third party for value or for free; the exhibits displayed in the booth shall be consistent with those applied. Exhibitors are prohibited to exhibit any artworks which couldn’t meet our requirement. For any disobey of the above regulations, committee has the right to cancel the exhibitor's application without refunding prepaid payment. And the exhibitors shall take sole responsibilities for any other related damages.
5 Exhibits Selling: Exhibits can be sold directly during the exhibition, and corresponding taxes shall be paid according to the related national regulations. All exhibits shall only be displayed within the rented booth, and not allowed to place on the ground or occupy any passages; exhibitors shall not paint or perform in site (except the unified arrangement by the Fair), or the Fair has the right to clear up the booth without returning the exhibition fees.

廣州國際藝術(shù)博覽會是華南地區(qū)唯一經(jīng)文化部批準(zhǔn),中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會與廣州市人民政府聯(lián)合主辦的國際藝術(shù)博覽會。是中國歷史最悠久的博覽會之一,17年的用心經(jīng)營,如美酒陳釀,越發(fā)的馥郁濃香。
1993年,中國最早的藝博會——中國藝術(shù)博覽會在廣州舉辦。
1996年,“首屆廣州國際藝術(shù)博覽會”在中國藝術(shù)博覽會的基礎(chǔ)上隆重開幕。
迄今為止,廣州藝博會已成功舉辦17屆。14屆起,在美協(xié)及政府的指導(dǎo)下成立專項策劃團(tuán)隊和展品審核團(tuán)隊,辦展規(guī)模、觀眾數(shù)量、交易額、媒體報道等指標(biāo)不斷取得突破,成為南中國首屈一指的藝術(shù)會展品牌。與北京、上海的藝博會并駕齊驅(qū),在國內(nèi)乃至亞洲地區(qū)均處領(lǐng)先地位。
Guangzhou International Art Fair is the only International Art fair officially approved by Ministry of Culture, sponsored by Chinese Artists Association and Guangzhou Municipality. It is one of the earliest fairs. 17 years’ management matured the fair as wine increased bouquet with each passing year.
In 1993, the earliest art fair – China Art Exposition was held in Guangzhou.
In 1996, the 1st Guangzhou International Art Fair came into birth on base of China Art Exposition.
Until now, 17 terms were held successfully. From 14th, we established specialized planning and exhibits quality-checking groups under the guidance of China Artists Association and Guangzhou Municipality. We continues to break former records on exhibition area, number of visitors, transaction amount and number of media reports, thus our fair has become one of the leading art fair brands in Southern China, stayed abreast of Beijing and Shanghai Art Fairs and even in a leading position in China and Asia.

Guangzhou ---- Famous Commercial and historical City in China
Guangzhou is located in center of Pearl River Delta, known as famous commercial city and foreign trading port with a long history and is collecting and distributing centre of commodities of China and even the world.
Guangzhou which is famous for commercial culture has deep art passion as well. It has a long history on arts appreciation and collection. Lingnan art were born and many masters came forth here. The fast economic development promotes the prosperousness of culture and provides infinite development chances for art organizations from different areas, categories and movements.
